氧化铈精密抛光粉制备的研究
The Preparation of Cerium Oxide Ultrafine Polishing Powder by Ammonia-Oxalic Acid Coprecipitation

【摘要】 本文采用氨水-草酸协同沉淀法制备了CeO2精密抛光粉。研究了焙烧温度和焙烧时间对CeO2精密抛光粉的粒度、比表面积和抛蚀量的影响,得到了最佳的焙烧条件。并用XRD、粒度分布测试等对其进行了表征。研究结果表明所制备的CeO2精密抛光粉颗粒细小均匀,形状完整,具有完整的晶格。中位径D50为0.149μm,最大粒径约为3.0μm。
【Abstract】 The cerium oxide uitrafine polishing powder were prepared by Ammonia-Oxalic acid coprecipitation method in this paper. The effects of the roasting temperature,the roasting time on the partice size and specific surface area of CeO2 polishing powder was investigated and the roasting condition was gained.The results show the volume median was 0.149μm,the specific surface was 31.05 m2·g-1,and a better dispersion behaviours,the CeO2 uitrafine polishing powders was cubic fluorite structure.
