【摘要】 本文采用氨水-草酸协同沉淀法制备了CeO₂精密抛光粉。研究了焙烧温度和焙烧时间对CeO₂精密抛光粉的粒度、比表面积和抛蚀量的影响,得到了最佳的焙烧条件。并用XRD、粒度分布测试等对其进行了表征。研究结果表明所制备的CeO₂精密抛光粉颗粒细小均匀,形状完整,具有完整的晶格。中位径D₅₀为0.149μm,最大粒径约为3.0μm。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cerium oxide uitrafine polishing powder were prepared by Ammonia-Oxalic acid coprecipitation method in this paper. The effects of the roasting temperature,the roasting time on the partice size and specific surface area of CeO₂ polishing powder was investigated and the roasting condition was gained.The results show the volume median was 0.149μm,the specific surface was 31.05 m²·g^-1,and a better dispersion behaviours,the CeO₂ uitrafine polishing powders was cubic fluorite structure.更多还原
