煤热解和部分气化生成气再燃烧抑制NO_x生成研究

【摘要】 采用两段流化床反应器研究了三种煤自身热解和部分气化的生成气冉燃抑制NO_x的生成效果,并与传统燃烧和空气分级燃烧的NO_x生成特性进行了比较。结果表明:煤的热解气和部分气化生成气冉燃均能有效抑制NO_x生成,抑制效果大于空气分级,但流化床部分气化生成气的再燃抑制NO_x生成的效果最明显,相对于传统燃烧其NOx生成降低了32%以上。进一步研究部分气化条件的影响揭示了部分气化的气化剂氧浓度对气化生成气再燃抑制NO_x生成的效果具有明显影响,新疆长焰煤和小龙潭褐煤在氧浓度l0%时的NO_x生成量最低,而对于神府烟煤的最低NO_x排放量发生于氧含量为8%的气化剂。

【Abstract】 The reduction of NO_x emission via reburning combustible gas generated from pyrolysis and gasification of coal was studied using a two-stage fiuidized bed reactor.Three different coals were tested,and the realized NOx emission reduction was analyzed through comparing with the normal and air-staged combustion.The NO_x formation was effectively suppressed by reburning the gas from pyrolysis and partial gasification of coal,making the NOx emission obviously lower than that of the air-staged combustion.Reburning the gasification-generated gas resulted in the highest NOx reduction over 32%in comparison with the normal combustion.The NOx reduction due to reburning was also more obvious for low-rank coal(lignite),while it varied also with the oxygen amount applied to gasification.
