固体热载体煤热解气化耦合工艺中试研究

【摘要】 基于流化床热解耦合输送床气化的双床理论,在处理能力为100kg/h的煤热解气化中试装置上,以石英砂为固体热载体,考察了褐煤氮气氛围热解与热解半焦空气气化的系统能量匹配,煤气组成,焦油收率与组成以及半焦气化的碳转化率。试验结果表明:热解气化双床系统能够实现自热、稳定运行,在热解器与气化器内温度分别为600℃和850℃条件下,褐煤热解的焦油产率约为3%,热解气热值可达到4935 kcal/Nm3(N2-free),气化气热值约有745 kcal/Nm3。对热解焦油的分析表明,焦油中主要含有酚类、苯酚类、芳香类等组分。热解半焦气化的碳转化率可达到95%。原料煤中约有6%的硫热解后迁移到热解油气之中。以上试验结果表明,热解耦合气化技术工艺联产热解油与燃气是可行的,为今后的进一步研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 A dual-bed pyrolysis-gasification pilot plant(100 kg of coal/h) mainly consisting of a fluidized-bed pyrolyzer and a pneumatic gasifier was built to examine the heat balance between pyrolysis and gasification,the compositions of the fuel gases,the tar yield and the carbon conversion of char gasification using the coal with a particles size of less than 8 mm.It was found that,the pilot plant could operate steadily with a given duration of 10 h.At a pyrolyzer temperature of 600℃and gasifier temperature of 850℃,a pyrolysis gas with 4935 kcal/Nm3 of HHV(N2 free) and gasification gas with 745 kcal/Nm3 of HHV were produced with quartz sand as the heat carrier particles.The tar yield was about 3 wt.%,mainly comprised of phenols,benzenes and aromatics.The analysis of char sample exhibited that the conversion of C to gas in char gasification was above 95%.About 6%of sulfur in the fed coal transferred into the tar and the pyrolysis gas.The study of the pilot plant suggested that the dual-bed pyrolysis and gasification process can be employed to produce pyrolysis oil and fuel gas.
