床层膨胀高度对厌氧流化床微生物燃料电池产电性能的影响

【摘要】 在内径40 mm、高600 mm的液固厌氧流化床无膜空气阴极单室微生物燃料电池(MFC)中,分别以污水和椰壳活性炭为液相和固相,考察了厌氧流化床膨胀高度对电池不同阴极位置产电性能的影响。实验结果表明,床层膨胀高度低于170 mm时,电池电压及电功率随阴极位置沿轴向高度的增加而减小;床层膨胀高度大于170mm小于270mm时,位于分布板之上250 mm处阴极位置电压及电功率最大;床层膨胀高度大于270mm时,电池电压及电功率随阴极位置沿轴向高度增加而增大。

【Abstract】 Anaerobic fluidized bed microbial fuel cell(MFC),(40 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height),was employed to investigate the effect of the fluidization bed expansion on the electrogenesis capacity of MFC.Waste water and active carbon were used as liquid and solid phase respectively.Three different cathode positions were investigated:NO.1(150 mm above distributor),NO.2(250mm above distributor) and NO.3(350mm above distributor).Polarization curve and power density-current curve indicated that,when the bed expansion height is less than 170 mm,the power density and voltage decreased with decreasing cathode position along the bed height.The maximum values were obtained at NO.2 cathode position when the bed expansion height varied from 170 mm to 270 mm.As bed expansion height ranged from 270 mm to 360 mm, the power density and voltage increased with the cathode position along the bed height
