【摘要】 本文利用非等温热重分析法对桦甸油页岩热解实验进行了研究,考察了热解过程中升温速度的影响,利用Friedman法和平行一级反应模型对热失重数据进行了数学处理,得到了有关的动力学参数,并对油页岩的热解机理进行了初步探讨.结果发现,在转化率为5~95%范围内,活化能的变化范围为120~190 kJ·mol-1,活化能E与频率因子A的对数呈线性关系.平行反应模型的结果表明,低能级和高能级的反应占的比例较小,主要反应集中在活化能为125~250 kJ·mol-1的范围内.这两种动力学模型能够合理地描述油页岩的热解过程.

【Abstract】 The pyrolysis of oil shales was carried out using non-thermogravimetric analyzer.The effects of different heating rates on pyrolysis were investigated.The kinetic parameters of oil shale pyrolysis were determined from TGA data by using Friedman’s procedure and parallel first order reaction model.The pyrolysis mechanism was explored tentatively.It is found that the activation energy ranges from 120 to 190 kJ/mol at the conversion of 5~95%.The plot of LnA against E becomes a straight line.The pyrolysis process of oil shale can be reasonably described by Friedman’s procedure.From the parallel reaction model,it is concluded that most reactions have the activation energy of 125 to 250 kJ·mol-1.The pyrolysis process of oil shale can be reasonably described by these two kinetic models.
