出口结构对粗旋流场的影响
Impact of Outlet Structure on the Flow Properties within a Rough-cut Cyclone

【摘要】 通过FLUENT6.2流体计算软件,采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)对直径D=500mm、具有不同出口结构的粗旋气相流场进行了数值模拟,分析了升气管和料腿长度分别改变对粗旋流场和性能的影响.模拟结果表明;具有较长升气管的粗旋,其内部流动形式更加稳定.料腿长度改变,粗旋内大部分区域的流场不发生改变,仅料腿内的流动变化明显.升气管、料腿长度改变造成粗旋压降的波动不大,但对粗旋上下行气量分配有一定影响,宜以获得稳定流场和减小料腿的下排气量为原则,确定两者长度的最佳取值范围.
【Abstract】 The flow field in a 500 mm rough-cut cyclone separator with different outlet structures has been numerically simulated using RSM model on the platform of commercial CFD software package,FLUENT 6.2.Impact on the rough-cut cyclone flow field by different length of exit tube and length of dipleg is analyzed.The simulation results show that the rough-cut cyclone with longer exit tube is more likely to form a steady inside flow.Flow field within the rough-cut cyclone changes slightly except that inside the dipleg when length of the dipleg is changed.It is also revealed that both the length of the exit tube and that of the dipleg bring little fluctuation of pressure drop,but exert a distinct influence on flux distribution of the two outlets.It is proposed to choose the lengths on the principle of achieving steady flow field inside the cyclone and reducing gas emitted from the dipleg.
