纳米三氧化二铝晶体生长习性的分析研究

【摘要】 本文介绍水热法制备纳米级三氧化二铝的工艺探索过程.用先进的高分辨扫描电镜、透射电镜以及X光衍射仪,对实验样品进行了形貌、粒径、晶体结构等方面的详细分析和检测,利用扫描电镜附带的能谱仪定性,对水热后的颗粒表面进行了元素的定型分析和成分的定量分析.通过对大量的实验数据的分析、归纳、和整理,揭示了三氧化二铝在不同介质环境中的生长习性,总结出其生成针状、片状、块状和近球形的椭圆状颗粒的PH特点及温控环境,结合晶体结晶理论,探索了制备纳米晶须的优化工艺思路.此外,还结合结晶热力学动力学理论揭示了晶须定向生长行为的驱动力.
【Abstract】 In this paper,prepared by hydrothermal nano-aluminum oxide technology to explore the process.Using advanced high-resolution scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction instrument.Experiments conducted on the sample morphology,particle size,crystal structure and so on a detailed analysis and testing,The use of scanning electron microscope attached to the qualitative EDS,After the hot water on the surface of the particles by elemental analysis of the shape and composition of quantitative analysis.Through a lot of experimental data analysis,summarized,and finishing,Revealed the aluminum oxide in different media environment of growth habit,Summed up their needle-like formation,sheet,and the bulk of the past globular oval-shaped particles of the characteristics of the PH and temperature-controlled environment,Crystal combination of crystal theory,Preparation of the nano-whiskers to explore the idea of optimization technology.In addition,the crystallization of the combination of thermodynamic theory reveals the dynamics of the growth of whiskers act directed the driving force
