弱磁场诱导氧化共沉淀法合成纳米Fe3O4粒子
Synthesis of Fe3O4 Nanoparticles in Oxidative Co-precipitation with Weakly Magnetic Field Assistance

【摘要】 本文采用弱磁场诱导氧化共沉淀法合成纳米Fe3O4粒子,并对比了未加和施加弱磁场(<110 Gs)的合成过程经X-射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,在合成过程中施加外磁场可加速诱导FeO(OH))向Fe3O4相变.研究还发现,施加的外磁场对合成Fe3O4纳米粒子的结晶度、颗粒尺寸/形貌以及磁性能均有影响.另外,在合成中使用的FeCl2浓度大小影响了合成Fe3O4粒子的颗粒粒度和磁性能.
【Abstract】 This paper presents the experimental results on weakly magnetic field-assisted synthesis of magnetite(Fe3O4) nanoparticles in an oxidative-coprecipitation method.The synthesis processes with and without a low magnetic induction were compared.The XRD results show that the application of a weakly magnetic induction below 110 Gs into the synthesis caused the phase transformation from goethite(α-FeOOH) to magnetite(Fe3O4).It was found that a weakly magnetic field had an effect on the crystal structure,the particle size/morphology and magnetic response of magnetite nano-particles synthesized.In addition,the concentration of FeCl2 solution has an impact on the particle size without and with magnetic induction.
