载银二氧化硅的制备、表征及性能研究

【摘要】 本文采用超声波化学镀银方法,制备了两个不同银含量的银/二氧化硅复合颗粒样品,对其进行了银含量分析和X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜法(SEM)表征,研究了复合颗粒的抗菌性能和导电性能.结果表明,银/二氧化硅复合颗粒1号样和2号样中银含量分别为1.2%和0.28%;其电阻率分别为1.66×10~5Ω·cm和2.36×10~5Ω·cm,银含量高导电性能好;二者对大肠杆菌的杀菌率均为100%,最小抑菌浓度分别为0.3g/L和0.2 g/L,2号样品的银含量低,但其抗菌性能却比含银量更高的1号样好.
【Abstract】 In this paper,two samples of SiO2/Ag composites with different silver content were successfully prepared by ultrasonic electroless plating method.The resulting composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).Their silver contents were analyzed by chemical-titration method.The conductivity performance and antibacterial capability of such SiO2/Ag composites were also discussed.The results showed the contents of silver in the samples of SiO2/Ag composites have reached 1.2%and 0.28%,respectively.Their electrical resistivity were 1.66×105Ω·cm and 2.36×105Ω·cm.The more its silver content was,the better electrical resistivity the composites had.Their antibacterial rate against escherichia coli can both reach 100%.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of sample 1 and sample 2 were 0.3 g/L and 0.2 g/L,respectively.Although the silver content of the second number is lower than the first one,its antibacterial performance is much better.
