镁合金在航天器电控箱体上应用的要求及质量控制技术

【摘要】 中国科学院金属研究所镁合金材料及成形技术创新课题组开发了综合力学性能优异的G04镁合金材料及与之配套的表面具有导电功能的化学镀层。该镁合金材料的比重小、导热性能好、力学性能高;镀层导电性能优异、材料之间的搭接电阻小,镀层光洁度高、结合力好,可经受多次冷-热循环疲劳,特别适合在航天器电控箱体上应用。相关的材料技术实现了轻质材料物理性能、力学性能、规格尺寸(单件约100kg)、优良的加工成形性能、长期储存和航天环境下的抗腐蚀性能(如冷-热疲劳)、镀层导电性能等多种性能要求的协凋统一。本文根据用户对材料性能和镀层性能的要求,介绍生产制备和应用过程中的关键技术、可能出现的质量问题及质量保证措施,经过神舟载人飞船及其它四个重要航天型号的实际飞行验证,材料及表面导电镀层技术的成熟度高、质量稳定,满足航天器减重和服役可靠性的要求。
【Abstract】 A novel kind of magnesium alloy called G04 with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties,as well as a novel chemical plating coating with electrical conductivity to this magnesium alloy,have been developed by the researchers of magnesium research group in Institute of Metal Research(IMR),Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS).The G04 magnesium alloy has small density, excellent heat conductivity,and higher mechanical properties.The coatings by chemical plating have high surface roughness and strong cohesion ability,and a good electrical conductivity by itself or between different pieces by lapping joint.With these characteristics,it is attractive to the electronic boxes on aircraft.The material application achieved the coherency between the multiple items of physical properties,mechanical properties,pats size(more than 100kg per piece),excellent deformability,and corrosion resistance under long-term store or flight in space.This paper reports the applying background required by the users,and introduces the possible quality problems and some key techniques for the quality controlling during producing process.The related technology has been verified by successfully serving on the Shen-zhou spaceship and other aircrafts.
