医护一体化模式对胸部肿瘤病房患者满意度的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨实施医护一体化模式对胸部肿瘤病房患者满意度的影响。方法:在胸部肿瘤病房实施医护一体化模式,将我科护士分为3个责任组,与3组医生结合为3个医护工作小组,同时调整排班方式,护士实施APN排班,对比实施前后3个月两组模式下患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:医护一体化模式及APN排班下患者对护理工作的满意度高于传统责任制排班模式。结论:医护一体化模式及APN排班符合病人的需要,体现"以患者为中心"的人文精神,有利于合理利用护理人力资源,其患者满意度明显高于传统责任制排班模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the integrated health care system on patients’ satisfaction degree. Method:We implement the integrated health care system in oncology department.The nurse is divided into three groups,combined with doctors and the nurses implement APN schedule.After 3 months two group was compared the patients’ satisfaction degree. Results:The patients’ satisfaction degree of the integrated health care system and APN model is higher than the traditional schedule. Conclusion:The integrated health care system and APN model meet the needs of patients, reflecting the spirit of humanistic care and rational utilization of nursing human resources. Its patients’ satisfaction degree was significantly higher than the traditional mode.更多还原
