对脑瘫患儿实施社区引导式康复训练的实践

【摘要】 目的:提高脑瘫患儿康复训练效果。方法:成立由儿科康复治疗师、社区护士和家长组成的社区引导式康复训练指导小组,按照专业培训教材的内容,首先培训社区护士和家长,考试合格后即对86例脑瘫患儿进行社区引导式康复训练,包括异常姿势控制训练、语言功能训练、认知功能和社会行为功能训练。结果:社区引导式康复训练后患儿的Gesell发育商测评障碍程度及主要功能实现目标评分显著优于训练前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:社区引导式康复训练能显著改善脑瘫患儿异常姿势、语言、认知功能和运动功能,促进脑瘫患儿的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the effects of rehabilitation training in the children with cerebral palsy.Methods:Community conductive rehabilitation training groups consisted of pediatric rehabilitation therapeutists,community nurses and parents of the children with cerebral palsy.According to the professional training materials,the latter two people were trained and passed the tests.Moreover,86 children with cerebral palsy received the community conductive rehabilitation trainings,including abnormal postural control training, linguistic functional training,cognitive functional training and social behavior functional training.Results:After the community conductive rehabilitation training,the children gained much more scores in Gesell development assessment in disability levels and major function accomplished targets,respectively(p<0.05,p<0.01).Conclusions:More advantages resulted from community conductive rehabilitation training,which may significantly improve the aspects in abnormal posture,linguistic function,cognitive function as well as motor function in children with cerebral palsy.更多还原
