【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺超声影像和数据报告系统(TI-RADS)分级在诊断不同年龄甲状腺结节中的应用价值。方法选择527例甲状腺结节患者,按年龄段分为4组(26~35岁组、36~45岁组、46~55岁组、56~65岁组),采用TI-RADS对4个年龄组的甲状腺结节患者进行分级,并与病理结果对比分析。结果 TI-RADS分级对低年龄组(26~35岁组和36~45岁组)结节患者的诊断阳性预测值、阴性预测值和正确率均高于90%;对46~55岁组的阳性预测值为81.5%,阴性预测值为87.5%,正确率为81.9%;对56~65岁组的阳性预测值为76.6%,阴性预测值为88.8%,正确率为77.9%。TI-RADS系统对56~65岁甲状腺结节患者的诊断率低于其他年龄分组。结论 TI-RADS分级方法受年龄因素的影响,对高年龄组的诊断率低于低年龄组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the applied value of thyroid imaging reporting and data system(TI-RADS) stratification in diagnosing thyroid nodules with different age.Methods A total of 527 patients with thyroid nodules(aged 26-65) were divided into four groups according to the age(aged 26-35, aged 36-45,aged 46-55, aged 56-65) and were evaluated by using TI-RADS. The results of TI-RADS were compared with pathologic diagnostic analysis.Results For the low aged groups(aged 26-35 group and aged 36-45 group), the positive predictive value, the negative predictive value and accuracy were more than 90%. With regard to the patients aged 46-55, the positive and negative predictive values and accuracy were 81.5%, 87.5%, and 81.9%, respectively. The positive and negative predictive values, accuracy of TI-RADS in diagnosis of thyroid lesions patients aged 56-65 were 76.6%,88.8% and 77.9%. Compared with the other groups, the diagnostic rate of the group aged 56 to 65 based on the TI-RADS was low. Conclusions Age has an effect on the results of TI-RADS, which is helpful for the application of TI-RADS can be well used in diagnosis of thyroid nodules.更多还原
