【摘要】 目的观察磷酸肌酸钠对胃癌术后疲劳综合征的患者治疗效果及对免疫功能的影响机制。方法选取165例胃癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组85例,对照组80例。治疗组在手术全麻后及手术后1-3天静脉滴注磷酸肌酸钠,对照组静脉滴注等容积生理盐水。两组术后均给予肠内、肠外营养的常规治疗。观察两组症状改善情况,记录两组术前及术后第1d、3d、5d、9d疲劳评分(VAS评分),检测术前及手术后1、3、5、9天白介素-2(IL-2)、IL-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平。结果两组患者术后VAS评分较术前显著升高,但治疗组升高的程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、hsCRP水平均显著升高,但治疗组低于对照组,且恢复更快(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠能够明显减轻胃癌术后疲劳综合征,改善患者免疫状况,这与磷酸肌酸钠能减轻患者术后应激状态有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of creatine phosphate sodium on postoperative fatigue to immunologic function in patients with gastric carcinoma after operation.Methods 165 cases with gastric carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group(n=85) and control group(n=80).Intravenous drip of creatine phosphate sodium was given after anaesthesia induction and 1-3 day after operation in treatment group,and control group received normal saline instead.After operation,the two group patients were all treated with enteral and parenteral nutrition.Fatigue score was measured on the day before the operation,the first,third,fifth and ninth day after operation.Serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,hsCRP were detected at the same time.Results Fatigue scores was significantly higher postoperative in two groups than preoperation,while fatigue scores in treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Levels of serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-a,hsCRP increased significantly postoperative in two groups than preoperation(P<0.05),while the indexes in treatment group were lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium can alleviate postoperative fatigue,improve the immune state of patients,which was related to the function that creatine phosphate sodium could alleviate postoperative stress status of patients.更多还原
