【摘要】 目的探讨微波消融联合重组人血管内皮抑制素(恩度)治疗兔VX2肌肉移植瘤的疗效。方法将60只兔VX2肌肉移植瘤模型随机分为:A组:微波消融组(微波消融治疗);B组:重组人血管抑素治疗组(静脉注射恩度治疗);C组:微波消融联合恩度治疗组(微波消融后联合使用恩度治疗);D组:对照组(无任何治疗)。观察各组治疗后兔子的体重变化、肿瘤体积的变化、各组实验兔死亡后及3个月处死时的远处器官转移情况和3个月时各组兔子的存活率。结果①动物体重:治疗后2月时对照组动物低于消融组、恩度组、联合组动物,恩度组低于消融组和联合组,消融组与联合组无明显差异。3月时恩度组动物低于消融组和联合组,消融组与联合组无明显差异;②肿瘤体积:1月时消融组、联合组、恩度组均小于对照组,消融组、联合组小于恩度组,消融组与联合组比较无明显差异。2月时消融组、联合组、恩度组动物肿瘤体积均小于对照组,消融组、联合组动物肿瘤体积小于恩度组,消融组与联合组比较无明显差异。3月时消融组、联合组小于恩度组,消融组与联合组比较无明显差异;③微波消融治疗组、恩度治疗组、联合治疗组、对照组4组动物3个月的转移率分别为:53.3%、73.3%、15%和100%;④微波消融治疗组、恩度治疗组、联合治疗组、对照组4组动物3个月存活率分别为86.7%、46.7%、93.3%和0%。结论微波消融联合恩度治疗VX2肌肉移植瘤安全性高,对于改善动物生活质量、控制肿瘤局部生长、减少肿瘤的转移和降低死亡风险等方面具有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of microwave ablation combined with recombinant human vascular endothelial inhibitor(Endostar) for treating the rabbit VX2 transplantation tumor.Methods Sixty rabbits carrying VX2 muscle transplantation tumor were divided into A group(microwave ablation),B group(Endostar),C group(microwave ablation combined with Endostar),and D group(control,no treatment) randomly(each n= 15).The changes of weight and tumor volume were measured in rabbits after treatment in each group.The survival and the distant metastasis rates of each group were observed at three months after treatment.Results①Two months after treatement,the animal weights of Group D were lower than that of Group A,B and C;Group C was lower than Group A and B,there was no significant difference between Group A and B.At 3 months after treatement,the animal weight of Group C was lower than that of Group A and B.There was no significant difference between Group A and B.②At one month after treatement,the tumor volume of Group D was bigger than that of Group A,B and C.There was no significant difference among Group A,B and C.At 2,3 months after treatement,the tumor volume of Group C was bigger than that of Group A and B.There was no significant difference between Group A and B.③At 3months after treatement,the distant metastasis rates of Group D, A,B and C were 100%,53.3%,73.3%,and 15%,respectively.@ At 3 months after treatement,the survival rates of Group D,A,B and C were 0%,86.7%,46.7%,and 93.3%,respectively.Conclusion Microwave ablation combined with endostar therapy for VX2 transplantation tumor in rabbit was safe.It could improve the life quality and local control,reduce the tumor metastasis and the death risk in the rabbit VX2 transplantation tumor.更多还原
