【摘要】 目的本研究主要分析肝动脉化疗栓塞序贯消融联合生物治疗原发性肝癌的近期及远期疗效。方法对2002年1月至2012年4月行肝动脉化疗栓塞序贯射频或微波消融术后联合生物治疗原发性肝癌86例随访资料完整的病例进行回顾性研究。统计方法用Kaplan-Meier法进行生存分析。结果 86例病例中,其中男75例,女11例,年龄25-78岁,平均年龄55岁。86例确诊为原发性肝癌的患者行肝动脉化疗栓塞序贯射频或微波消融术后,有效率达86.0%,其中临床完全缓解率为28.0%,部分缓解率为38.4%。中位生存时间为89个月,1年、3年、5年、10年总生存率为94.8%、83.3%、67.8%、12.0%。5年生存期是肝癌临床治愈的考核标准,本研究的5年生存率(67.8%)明显高于文献报道传统治疗的5年生存率(14%-30%)。结论肝动脉化疗栓塞序贯射频或微波消融术后联合生物治疗作为原发性肝癌治疗的新模式,在肝癌的局部控制和提高远期生存方面都表现出极佳的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the short term and long term outcomes of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) sequential with ablation and combined with biotherapy in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods In this retrospective study,86 cases were received TACE sequential with ablation and combined biotherapy and integrated follow-up materials between January 2002 and April 2012 were included.Survival curve was estimated by Kaplan-Meier method. Results There were 86 patients received TACE sequential with ablation and combined with biotherapy.Among them,75 cases were male,and the other 11 cases were female.These patients followed-up from 2 to 159 months.The median survival was 89 months,1,3,5,10 years survival rate was 94.8%,83.3%,67.8%,12.0%, respectively.There was significantly higher 5 years overall survival rate of our study than that of other reports of traditional treatments in HCC.Conclusion The TACE equential with ablation and combined with biotherapy had advantages in tumor-controlling and raising the overall survival in the treatment of HCC.更多还原
