CT导向下放射性粒子125I联合化学性粒子中人氟安治疗胰腺癌

【摘要】 目的:探讨CT引导下穿刺植入放射性粒子与化学性粒子中人氟安组织间植入治疗胰腺癌的手术方法、疗效和副反应。方法:回顾自2006年9月至2008年1月11例接受粒子植入治疗的胰腺癌病例(均为不能外科切除患者),全部病例均经影像学及病理学确诊,粒子活度为0.5ci/颗,粒子间距为1 cm-1.5cm.结果:植入病例均接受随访3-12个月,平均为6个月,症状完全缓解者3例,症状部分缓解者5例,病情变化不明显者2例,1例病情恶化。有效率(CR+PR)约72%,疼痛缓解率超过90%。结论:经CT引导下穿刺放射性粒子和化学性粒子中人氟安联合组织间植入是治疗胰腺癌安全、有效且创伤小的治疗方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the operation method,curative effect and side effect of internal radiation of iodine 125 seeds and chemical seeds Sinofuan implantation in the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods Eleven patients with unresectable and advanced pancreatic carcinoma admitted from Sept.2006to January 2008 were treated by interstitial radiation using iodinel25 and 5-Fu seeds implantation.All of them had been final diagnosised by imageology and Pathology:all to be pancreatic adenocarcinoma.Particle activity series is 0.5 Cis/pill,the distance of every seed is lcm- 1.5cm.Results All patients have been followed for 3-12months,median 6 months.Among the 11 patients,complete response was obtained in 3,partial response in 5,no response in 2.One of them had a bad response.The response rate(CR + PR) was 72%.The pain relieving rate was 90%. Conclusion The operative internal radiation by iodine 125 seed and 5-Fu particle implantation does show some therapeutic effects for advanced pancreatic carcinoma.更多还原
