CT引导下经皮穿刺射频消融术治疗脊柱骨样骨瘤的初步观察

【摘要】 目的:评价应用CT引导下经皮穿刺射频消融术治疗脊柱骨样骨瘤的初期临床结果。方法:确诊脊柱骨样骨瘤3例,位于颈椎、腰椎和骶椎,肿瘤边缘紧邻脊髓或神经。局部麻醉后,CT引导下经皮穿刺将射频电极置入骨样骨瘤中心,应用90℃的射频高温持续4分钟对瘤巢进行损毁。结果:术中及术后无明显并发症发生。术后平均随访5个月(2至7个月),疼痛缓解满意,平均VAS评分下降7分,随访期内疼痛无复发,无神经功能损害。结论:CT引导下经皮穿刺射频消融术治疗脊柱骨样骨瘤微创安全,患者耐受性好,近期效果确切。能否替代传统手术切除方式仍需进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the preliminary clinical outcome of CT-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation in patients with spinal osteoid osteoma.Methods 3 patients suffered spinal osteoid osteoma were performed with CT-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation under local anesthesia.Lesions located in cervical vertebral body, lumbar vertebral transverse process and sacral vertebral body respectively,which were adjacent to spinal cord and nerve root.Tumors were damaged in 90℃radiofrequency temperature lasting 4 minutes by the electrode placement.Results No complications occured prior and postoperation.The mean follow-up was 5 months(ranged from 2 to 7 months).All cases obtained satisfactory pain relief.No symptoms recurrence and neurological deficit in follow up period.Conclusion CT- guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of spinal osteoid osteoma is safe,minimal invasive and well-tolerated.It has exact curative effect in short-term.Whether it can replace traditional operative resection needs further observation.更多还原
