【摘要】 目的:探讨质子治疗在局部复发鼻咽癌再程放疗中的应用。方法:2004年12月至2009年12月,应用质子适形放射治疗局部复发鼻咽癌12例。采用2～3个质子适形照射野,治疗剂量64～77.8CGE,单次剂量2～2.42 CGE。随访时间6～65个月(中位随访时间13个月)。结果:随访期内,8例患者存活,4例死亡。没有出现严重的并发症。结论:质子治疗局部复发鼻咽癌患者是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the preliminary results of locally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with proton therapy.Methods:From December 2004 to December 2009,12 patients with locally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma underwent repeat treatment with proton therapy.2~3 proton conformal fields were used.Patients were re-treated with a mean dose of 73.5CGE(range, 64~77.8CGE).The median follow-up time was 13 months(range,6~65 months).Results:In the follow-up time,8 patients were alive,4 patients were died.No serous complications were observed.Conclusion: Proton therapy is effective and safety for locally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma.更多还原
