【摘要】 目的评价食管癌切除后食管胃颈部侧-侧吻合对降低术后吻合口瘘及狭窄的效果。方法回顾分析我科2006年至2009年3月97例食管癌切除颈部食管胃侧-侧吻合的效果,并对部分病例术后功能及动力学与颈部食管胃手工端-端吻合进行了对比研究。结果全组无死亡,吻合时间1 5～30min,平均20.51±3.49min,术后发生吻合口瘘3例(3.1%),经更换敷料愈合。发生吻合口瘘2例(2.1%)经1～2次扩张治愈,均显著低于文献报告的发生率。结论颈部食管胃侧-侧吻合是简单、安全、有效的吻合方法,吻合部的功能明显优于手工端-端吻合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the early results of cervical esophagogastric anastomosis using side-to-side stapled anastomosis method for patients with esophageal carcinoma.Clinica material and method:From January 2006 to March 2009 97 patients underwent esophagectomy and cervical esophagogastric anastomosis using side-to-side stapled anastomosis method. Results:No postoperative death was observed.The mean anastomotic time was 20.51±3.49min. Three cases(3.1%) anastomotic leakage occurred.Among them two patients developed mild anastomotic stricture and cured with one or two times dilation.Conclusion:Cervical esophagogastric anastomosis by side-to-side stapled anastomotic method is simple,effective and could be and alternative for patients with esophageal carcinoma.This technique could decrease postoperative dysphagia and improve the pharyngoesophageal menometric function.更多还原
