【摘要】 目的探讨鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床特点和预后因素。方法回顾性分析61例鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床资料,并进行随访。详细的临床特点及实验室检查结果均纳入单因素分析,单因素分析中有统计学意义的指标纳入多因素分析。结果单因素分析显示,Ann Arbor分期、PS评分、IPI、B症状、结外侵犯数、LDH及β₂-MG水平与鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者的生存期有关。多因素分析显示,PS评分、Ann Arbor分期、LDH及β₂-MG水平为生存期的独立影响因素。结论PS评分、Ann Arbor分期、LDH及β₂-MG水平为鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤预后的独立影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features and prognostic factors of extranodal nasal NK/T cell lymphoma（ENKTL）.Methods Records of 61 patients with pathologically confirmed ENKTL were reviewed.Detailed clinical and laboratory data were included in univariate analysis,and statistically significant factors in univariate analysis were then included in multivariate analysis.Results In univariate analysis,Ann Arbor stage,performance status,IPI,number of extr -alymphatic site,B symptoms,LDH andβ₂-MG level,were found to be the prognostic factors associated with time to overall survival in ENKTL.In multivariate analysis,Ann Arbor stage, performance status,LDH andβ₂-MG level were independent prognostic factors of overall survival.Conclusion Ann Arbor stage,performance status,LDH andβ₂-MG level were are demonstrated as independent prognostic factors of the overall survival in ENKTL.更多还原
