【摘要】 通过对中厚板探伤不合部位取样进行金相、扫描电镜分析,探讨中厚板探伤不合的原因。研究结果表明:中厚板厚度1/4和1/2处的微裂纹是引起探伤不合的主要原因。延长铸坯在炉停留时间和减弱连铸板坯的中心线偏析能够有效提高中厚板的探伤合格率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The causes of detected defects in heavy and medium plate are analysed by ultrasonic inspection and SEM. The results indicated detected defects are caused by micro-cracks in the pearlite band at the center area and 1/4 of the plate. Increasing the heating furnace time and reducing the centerline segregation of the slabs could effectively improve the ultrasonic testing quality of the plates.更多还原
