【摘要】 本文对安钢3座大高炉在计划休风后出现异常炉况的处理进行了总结。由于三个高炉采用不同的布料矩阵,在送风过程中出现不同状况。总结得出中心加焦量大的高炉复风过程不必要过分抑制边缘气流,而中心焦炭量少,正常负荷较重的高炉应适当抑制边缘气流,加风过程中焦炭负荷及布料矩阵要与风量相适应,炉况正常时要及时恢复到正常料制。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the damping down Angang 3 blast furnace in plan summarizes the abnormal furnace condition after treatment.Matrix,with different fabrics in different situation,appeared in the process of air distribution center with a large quantity of coke after wind blast furnace process unnecessarily excessively suppress airflow,and the center coke quantity is little,the normal load of coke blast furnace proper suppress airflow,and the wind load of coke and cloth matrix should be compatible with air volume.Furnace condition should be promptly returned to normal when normal feeding system.更多还原
