基于铁水总成本最低的炼铁配料计算模型开发
Development of Matching Model Based on the Lowest Total Cost of the Molten Iron

【摘要】 针对国内外铁矿石资源现状、以及烧结配料与高炉配料合理性和经济性的要求,分别以烧结所用原料成本最低和烧结矿含铁量最高为目标,建立了烧结优化配料模型;以铁水硅含量和炉渣碱度为目标,建立了高炉优化配料模型。并采用Visual Studio编程软件实现了烧结配料和高炉配料模型软件系统,计算出了铁水成分和炉渣成分以及铁水总成本。经应用表明,模型具有显著的理论意义和经济价值。
【Abstract】 To meet the requirements of rationality and economy requirements in matching model of sintering and blast furnace,according to the situation of iron ore resources.Aim at obtain the lowest cost of sintering and the highest iron content of sinter,the optimizing iron ores matching model of sintering was built.Aim at obtain the suitable silicon content in molten iron and suitable slag basicity,the optimizing iron ores matching model of BF was built.The optimizing matching model system programmed by Visual Studio can calculate the components of molten iron and slag as well as the total coat of ironmaking.The optimizing matching model system was applied in enterprise and the results prove that it has the significant theoretical meaning and economic value.
