基于流变模型理论的TRIP钢本构方程研究

【摘要】 材料在成形过程中的力学行为不仅有传统的弹性变形和塑性变形,还表现出与时间相关的粘性性质。工程实践表明金属材料大多属于弹粘塑性材料,因此在对其进行本构建模时有必要考虑时间因素对变形行为的影响作用。本文针对强度级别为800MPa的相变诱导塑性钢(TRIP800),基于流变学理论,对其流变学本构模型进行了研究和探讨。实验方案为在超过试样屈服强度的应力水平528MPa下保载10小时、687MPa下保载7小时,选用与实验曲线相近的Bingham模型,对实验数据进行拟合,得到了TRIP800在528MPa和687MPa应力水平下的应变一时间本构方程。

【Abstract】 The mechanicalbehavior of material during forming process has conventional elastic and plastic deformation,as well as time-dependent viscous properties.Most of the metals are elastic-viscoplastic materials,which have to consider the effect of time to their deformation behavior during constitutive model building.In the present work a rheological model is developed,based on rheological theory,for transformation induced plasticity(TRIP) 800 steel under different loading conditions by guarantee load test.The specimens were kept10 hours under 528MPa and 7 hours under 687MPa.The experimental strain-time curves were fitted by equation of Bingham model,then the strain-timeequations of TRIP800under 528MPa and 687MPa were attained respectively.
