轧制差厚板的成形性能和成形工艺研究进展

【摘要】 作为一种深加工板材,轧制差厚板的优点已经被人们所认识,并开始在汽车轻量化中得到应用。轧制差厚板本身具有的几何、力学性能和微观组织差异,使其成形性能和成形工艺与等厚板、激光拼焊板和局部加强板等都有很大区别。本文分析了轧制差厚板的基本特性,进而从轧制差厚板的应力应变关系、成形性能与成形工艺、变厚度零件设计与优化等方面,对当前国内外的研究现状和研究进展进行了回顾,以期促进相关研究的进一步发展和轧制差厚板的广泛应用。
【Abstract】 As one of the blanks obtained from steel advanced processing,the advantages of Tailor Rolled Blank(TRB) have been known by the industry.TRB has been applied in the sheet metal forming of auto-body in order to promote the automobile lightweight.The differences in the aspects of geometry,mechanical property and microstructure are the special characteristics of TRB,which specialize the formability and forming technology of TRB comparing with the conventional blank with uniform thickness,tailor welded blank and patchwork blank.This paper covers the state of the art in such aspects as characteristics,stress-strain relation,formability and forming technology,part design and optimization of TRB.The review of the international research works aims at the potentials of the further investigations and broad applications of this new blank.
