【摘要】 将工程项目的五大控制要素:进度控制、费用控制、合同控制、质量控制和安全控制,应用在高速线材建设项目中,针对项目决策、设计、土建施工、钢构施工、设备安装等项目实施中存在着的各种问题。通过数据调查进行分析,找出影响各项目问题的主要因素,对项目关键过程的控制进行了分析和研究。总结以往高速线材建设项目实施中出现的问题,确定出影响项目的因素和过程,并进行分析,找出各个因素和过程对项目影响的原因和程度,然后制定相应的控制措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is essential to apply five control elements of project in high-speed wire rod construction project, namely progress control,cost control,contract control,quality control and safety control.Focusing on various problems in project implementation,such as decision,design,civil engineering construction,steel construction,equipment installation, the objective of this paper is to find out the main factors affecting above problems by data analysis so as to analysis and study the critical process control.In this paper,based on summary of problems existing in previous highspeed wire rod construction project implementation,factors and processes that affect project are determined and analyzed, causes and extent of the impact on the project are identified,and some appropriate control measures are worked out.更多还原
