冶金反应工程学学科体系的初探
Preliminary Study on the Subject System of Metallurgical Reaction Engineering

【摘要】 为了适应冶金反应工程学学科的发展,借鉴了化学反应工程学学科的体系,探讨冶金反应工程学学科体系。考虑冶金应用基础的物性数据不足等,提出了将冶金反应工程学和冶金反应工程分开的构想。冶金反应工程学为该学科的基础部分(确定定解条件的相关基础试验和在全面考虑定解条件的建立模型),冶金反应工程为在生产中将模拟结果放大和优化的应用部分。该学科的目标是要能够解决生产实际问题,通过模型进行模拟要达到定量结果,以对实际生产进行指导。需要进行长期、认真、细致、艰苦的研究工作,以逐步完善和丰富冶金反应工程学学科的内涵。另外,为了给冶金反应工程学求解方程的定解条件提供必要的参数,提出了用分段法研究冶金反应过动力学的新思路,既可满足了冶金反应工程学自身需要,又能为建立独立的学科体系提供了必要的保障。
【Abstract】 According to the subject system of chemical reaction engineering,the subject system of metallurgical reaction engineering was discussed to make it more suitable to the development requirements.Considering the deficiency of physical data on application of basic metallurgy,the idea of looking on the metallurgical reaction engineering and metallurgical reaction project separately was proposed.Metallurgical reaction engineering was the basic part of this subject(determine definite solution conditions by basic experiment and model building with considering comprehensive definite conditions).Metallurgical reaction project was the application part of simulation results amplified and optimized.This subject was to solve actual production problems,and the quantitative results could be given by model building.It still takes quite long period of time and tough dedicated investigations to gradually enrich and perfect the metallurgical reaction engineering.In order to provide necessary parameters for the definite conditions of solving equation,a new idea for researching kinetics mechanisms in metallurgical reaction engineering by employing sectional method was proposed,which could not only satisfy the self needs of metallurgical reaction engineering,but also provide necessary guarantees for establishing its independent subject system.
