冶金企业内燃机车余热预热节能技术研究与应用

【摘要】 冶金企业生产过程中余热余能的回收利用对降低生产的总能耗有十分重要的意义,是值得鼓励、推广的节能环保项目。本项目技术表述蒸汽余热在内燃机车整备、检修现场简单易行的设备改造实施,主要解决柴油机预热及检修中热水的供给,满足内燃机车柴油机起动时,对其润滑油、燃油及冷却水的温度要求。该节能技术设计思维独特,颠覆了传统机车打温的模式和思路,为同类企业特别是北方寒冷期较长地区的机车起机打温提供了一个可复制的模式结构。实现了预备机车打温全天候运用即时起;临修、平轮修、大中修机车交车快速打温起机;运用机车高温补水要求。实现了节能降耗和降低污染物排放,实现了绿色环保、节能高效的设计理念,满足了节能环保工作要求,为铁路运输作业提供高效率的运用机车奠定了条件。系统运行稳定、高效,节省了机车油耗和机车投入数量,大幅降低了机车柴油机故障,收到较好的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 in the production process of metallurgical enterprises,recycling waste heat utilization of total energy consumption to reduce production is very important,is energy-saving and environmental protection projects to be encouraged,promotion.This project describes steam heat equipment modification easy setup,in diesel locomotive maintenance on-site implementation,mainly to solve the hot diesel engine preheating during maintenance and supply,satisfy the diesel engine during starting,the lubricating oil, fuel oil and cooling water temperature requirements.The energy saving technology of the unique design of thinking,to subvert the mode and thought of the traditional heating locomotive,for similar enterprises especially the northern cold period longer area of locomotive machine heating provides a reproducible model structure.The project achieved a preliminary locomotive heating all-weather use instant start;temporary repair,flat wheel repair,overhaul and medium repair locomotive delivered to a quick temperature starting; high temperature water requirements of locomotive.The saving energy and reducing the discharge of pollutants,to achieve the design concept of green,energy efficient,meet the energy conservation and environmental protection requirements,provides efficient utilization of locomotive operation laid a foundation for railway transportation.System is running stable,high efficiency,save the locomotive fuel consumption and locomotive investment amount,greatly reduces the fault of diesel locomotive,received a good economic benefit and social benefit.
