尿素法烧结烟气污染物综合减排的实验研究

【摘要】 烧结工序是二氧化硫、氮氧化物和二噁英类有机污染物的主要排放源。烟气量大、流量波动大以及污染物浓度低是制约烧结污染物有效脱除的关键因素。传统的单一污染物的末端治理难以满足新的环保要求。本研究开展基于添加尿素的烧结过程中减排,研究表明:随着尿素添加量的增加,烟气中的SO2排放质量浓度大幅度降低,加入质量分数为0.05%,0.1%,0.5%(ω)的尿素后,分别减少SO2排放为52.4%,80.6%,88.3%;二噁英的毒性当量排放浓度分别为0.287,0.258,0.217 ng-TEQ/m3;NOx的排放浓度曲线平台呈现抬高的趋势,氨气排放质量浓度分别为0.07,0.11 mg/m3,烧结经济技术指标略有影响。综合考虑减排效果、对烧结矿性能的影响、对废气化学成分的影响等因素,0.05%是最适宜的尿素加入配比。

【Abstract】 Sintering process is the main emission source of SO2,NOx,PCDD/Fs,large number of flue gas,bigger flow fluctuation and low pollutant concentration is the key factor restricting the sintered pollutant removal.The traditional single treatment of pollutant cannot meet the demand of new environmental protection.This study based on adding urea to carry out emission reduction in sintering process,research shows that:with the increase in the quantity of urea,the emission concentration of SO2 in the flue gas decreased greatly,when adding 0.05%,0.1%and 0.5%(ω) urea,respectively reduce the emission of SO2 52.4%,80.6%,88.3%the emission concentrations of dioxin are 0.287, 0.258 and 0.217 ng-TEQ/m3;the emission concentrations curve of NOx have the tendency to be elevated,the concentration of ammonia emissions are 0.07,0.11mg/m3,economic and technical indicators of sintering is affected little. Comprehensively considering the factors of the reduction effect,the influence on sinter properties and on the chemical composition of the exhaust gas,0.05%is the most suitable adding ratio of urea.
