三流梯形中间包控流装置优化的水模型研究

【摘要】 本文以某钢厂三流梯形中间包为原型,基于相似原理,建立相似比为1:2的中间包水模型。通过测量各流电导率变化获得RTD曲线,并得出中间包响应时间、峰值时间,从而计算得出平均停留时间,进而考察不同控流装置对中间包流场的影响。结果表明:采用湍流控制器和挡墙的方案优于仅安装湍流控制器及空包方案,通过优化控流装置,能够改善中间包内流体流动特性,增加最小停留时间,提高活塞区体积比例,降低死区体积。

【Abstract】 In present parer,based on the similar principle,the water modeling on the scale 1:2 was developed to study the fluid flow in a trapezoidal tundish.The response time,peak time and RTD curve were obtained by measuring the electrical conductivity change at each outlet.Then mean residence time was calculated.And the effect of different control devices on flow field was investigated.The experimental results show that for optimizing fluid flow in the tundish,the flow controling devices with turbulence inhibitor and baffle is better than that with turbulence inhibitor.By optimizing the flow control devices,the flow field can be improved,the minimum residence time and plug flow volume can be increased,the dead zone volume can be decreased.
