首秦铁水喷镁脱硫喷吹工艺优化研究

【摘要】 通过对铁水喷镁脱硫的周期进行分析得出喷吹时间长是导致总周期过长的主要原因,缩短铁水预处理周期必须减少喷吹时间(减少喷吹时间是缩短铁水预处理周期的主要方法);通过将开始喷镁时间由161s缩短为25s,减少喷吹周期2.3min;通过提高粉气比、减小气体流量、增大喷吹压力使喷粉速率平均由3.57kg/min提高到5.17kg/min,正常工艺下缩短喷吹时间2.7-3.5min。两项合计共缩短喷吹周期5-5.8min,与原脱硫周期相比缩短14.5%-17.2%,大大提高了脱硫的预处理能力,铁水脱硫预处理产量比例也由20.36%提高到50%-60%0
【Abstract】 After analysis of hot metal desulphurization injection cycle,we could figure out that the blowing time is too long would cause the total cycle to become longer.Therefore to reduce the blowing time is the main way to reduce the cycle of hot metal pretreatment.After reducing the blowing time from 161s to 25s,the total cycle was reduced by 2.3min.After improving the powder gas ratio,reducing the gas flow rate and increasing the injection pressure,the average injection rate was increased from 3.57kg/min to 5.17kg/min,and also the blowing time was reduced by 2.7-3.5min.To compare with the original process,the total injection cycle was reduced by 5-5.8min and the proportion 14.5%~17.2%with above two together.This way the hot metal desulphurization was improved greatly,the yield ratio was increased from 20.36%to 50%~60%.
