某钢铁企业个人剂量监测结果分析
Analysis of Personal Dose of Radiation Workers in An Iron and Steel Enterprise

【摘要】 目的了解放射工作人员辐射剂量吸收情况,完善放射防护措施,保障放射人员身体健康,促进企业安全发展。方法选取某钢铁企业各涉源单位具有代表性放射工作人员为监测对象,采用热释光测量仪对其辐射吸收剂量进行监测分析。结果本次共监测5个单位87人,回收率为94.3%,有效率为97.6%。放射个人剂量平均值为0.444mSv,年剂量范围0.568mSv-6.130mSv,87.5%的人员年均剂量都在2mSv以下,集体剂量为151.410人.mSv。结论该企业放射防护措施较好,在今后的工作中要进一步加强放射管理工作。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand personal dose of radiation workers in an iron and steel enterprise,and improve the measures of radiation protection,guarantee the health of workers,and promote the development of An iron and steel enterprise security.Method Representative radiation workers were selected as monitoring objects,TLD meter were used for monitoring and analysis radiation dose.Results Total 87 people were monitored in live units,dose tablets recovery rate was 94.3%,the effective collected rate was 97.6%.Average value of individual radiation dose was 0.444mSv,the range of year dose was 0.568mSv to 6.130mSv,and there were 87.5%people whose average value of year radiation dose were under 2mSv,Group dose were 151.410 man.mSv.Conclusions The radiation measures was better in this enterprise,and it was necessary to strengthen radiation protection management in further.
