X70管线钢的高温变形特征
High - temperature deformation characteristics of X70 pipe - line steel

【摘要】 采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机在950~1100℃以及0.01~5 s-1的应变速率下,对X70管线钢进行了单向、单道次压缩试验。研究了形变温度和应变速率对该钢流变应力和动态再结晶演变的影响。结果表明,该钢在高温变形过程中,随应变的增加,加工硬化、动态回复和动态再结晶软化过程先后或同时发生。在上述变形条件下,该钢的形变组织中均有动态再结晶发生。形变温度或应变速率的提高有助于动态再结晶的进行。当该钢在1050℃和5 s-1下进行单道次单向压缩变形时,几乎发生了完全的动态再结晶,动态再结晶晶粒分布均匀,晶粒尺寸较小。
【Abstract】 The single - directional and single - pass compression test was conducted on a X70 pipe - line steel using a Gleeble -3500 thermal - mechanical simulator at 950~1100℃and 0.01~5 s-1.The influence of deformation temperatures and strain rates on the flow stress and the evolution of dynamic recrystallization of the observed steel were investigated.The results show that the work hardening,dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization softening processes might be occurred successively or simultaneously with increasing the strain.The dynamic recrystallization occurred in the deformation samples when the observed steel was compressed at above temperatures and strain rates.Increasing the deformation temperature or deformation strain rate is helpful to the dynamic recrystallization process.The dynamic recrystallization process might be finished when the observed steel was compressed at 1050℃and 5 s-1.At such deformation condition,the homogenized distribution and small grains can be obtained.
