薄板坯连铸连轧生产电工钢的生产现状及发展趋势

【摘要】 介绍了国内外薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产电工钢的生产现状。从流程工序特点、热履历、组织、抑制剂类型等方面进行对比分析,得出了薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产电工钢的技术优势。在此基础上提出了利用该流程生产电工钢需要解决的技术难点与今后的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The current status of producing electrical steels by thin slab casting and rolling process are introduced. The potential technology advantages of producing electrical steels by thin slab casting and rolling process are obtained by analyzing in terms of process characteristics,thermal history,grain morphology, and inhibit tape etc.between thin slab casting and rolling process and traditional processes.Based on which the key technology difficulties to be solved and development trend in future are put forward.
