F550超高强船板钢洁净度控制技术研究与实践

【摘要】 本文通过对莱钢F550超高强船板钢冶炼—连铸过程工艺技术的研究,降低钢水中磷、硫、氮、氧以及非金属夹杂物的含量,从而得到了高洁净度、高均质铸坯,为F550超高强船板取得良好、稳定的低温韧性和厚度方向性能奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Through studying the process technology within smelting and continuous casting of F550 ultra high strength ship plate steel in Laigang and reducing the contents of phosphorus,sulfur,nitrogen,oxygen and non-metallic inclusions,the high clean,high homogeneous casting billet was obtained,laying a foundation for good and stable low temperature toughness and thickness directional properties.
