高炉炭砖孔结构与导热系数相关因素研究
The factors related to the micropore structure and thermal conductivity of carbon block for blast furnace

【摘要】 针对目前我国炭砖在微孔化率和导热系数等指标与国外产品存在的差距,探讨了影响炭砖孔结构和导热性能的相关因素,提出了相应的改进措施,并将相关因素优化后应用到炭砖工业试验中,生产出了超微孔高导热炭砖,其性能指标与日本BC-8SR接近。
【Abstract】 The performance of the domestic and foreign carbon block,especially with respect to micropore and thermal conductivity of products was pointed out and the factors related to them were discussed with corresponding measures to be taken.In practice,a new kind of carbon block with super micro - pore and high thermal conductivity has been successfully produced at a large scale,whose specific properties access to those of BC -8SR carbon block made in Japan.
