褐铁矿烧结降低固体燃耗的操作实践

【摘要】 分析了莱钢股份炼铁厂4~#265m~2烧结机面临铁矿石质量波动大,同化性差的铁矿石比例加大,褐铁矿比例不断升高,设备作业率低,高炉产能提高,烧结矿固体燃耗偏高局面,车间成立固体攻关小组,采取措施改善褐铁矿高碱度烧结工艺,对烧结机大烟道卸灰阀改型,减少烧结机漏风率,改造燃破系统,提高设备作业率,攻关一年多,取得较好效益,固体燃料单耗有2009年最高的58kg/t降低到现在最好月份的52kg/t,产生了巨大的经济效益。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes Laiwu Steel ironworks 4 # 265 m~2 sintering machine large fluctuations in the quality of iron ore face,poor assimilation ratio of iron ore increased,limonite proportion upwards,equipment utilization rate is low,productivity improvement,the sinter blast furnace high solid fuel consumption situation,plant set up solid research group and take measures to improve the limonite high basicity sintering process,flue ash discharging of sintering machine large valve retrofit,reduce leakage rate,transforming burning sintering machine broken system,improve the equipment utilization rate,tackling more than a year,has achieved good benefit,The solid fuel consumption has the highest 2009 58kg/ t reduced to now the best months 52kg/t,produced great economic benefits.
