60Si2Mn弹簧钢连铸坯夹杂物研究

【摘要】 采用非水溶液电解法分离60Si2Mn钢中夹杂物,运用扫描电子显微镜观察和能谱扫描方法,对连铸坯中夹杂物的数量、尺寸、组成进行了分析。研究表明,由于钢包下渣及中间包卷渣引入的大于100μm的大型夹杂物占夹杂物总量的39.8%,是影响连铸坯质量的重要因素。
【Abstract】 The inclusions were separated from the billet of spring steel 60Si2Mn using method of electrolysis with nonaqueous,and the amount,dimension and composition of the inclusions were analyzed with the help of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).According to the research,the inclusions whose size is above 100 μm were caused by slag carry-over in ladle and slag entrainment in tundish,accounted for 39.8% of total inclusions,and had a serious impact on the products quality.
