大型高炉泥包捣打料的结构与应用技术研究

【摘要】 对大型高炉内泥包捣打料的组成、结构、性能、应用技术进行了研究,认为酚醛树脂结合的免烘烤捣打料结构不致密,不利于开炉初期与炮泥的性能匹配;而环保型的捣打料考虑到了与炮泥的匹配性能,使用后,新开高炉铁水喷溅很少,为高炉快速达产,减少铁水散喷创造了条件。
【Abstract】 The composition,properties,structure and applied technology of ramming material used in the mud package of large scale blast furnace were researched.The results show that the structure of unfired ramming material bonded with resin is not densed,it is not benefit to match with the taphole clay in the start-up of the furnace.The ramming material with enviromental-friendly has matching performance with taphole clay which can make the new blast furnace attach the designed production quickly and decrease the spraying loss of hot iron.
