【摘要】 GH242合金是在Ni-Mo-Cr系低膨胀高温合金基础上开发的最新品种,其化学成分及伴生的长程有序反应使之兼有低的热膨胀系数和高温强度特性。针对冶金生产,研究了GH242合金的化学成分控制、确定了合金Mo、Cr等元素的控制范围;研究了真空自耗锭均匀化退火和锻造工艺,有效的优化了合金的晶粒组织;再通过热处理工艺的优化,试制出具有较高高温强度和较低热膨胀系数的GH242合金。

【Abstract】 GH242 is a new kind of alloy developed on the basis of Ni-Mo-Cr low-expansion high-temperature alloy.It is its chemical composition and concomitant long range order reaction that makes it has both a lower thermal expansion coefficient and high temperature strength.In this paper,the control of chemical compostion of GH242 was researched,so a range of MO,Cr was determined;the homogenizing annealing and and forging process of consumable ingot were researched and the grain structure of the said alloy was effectively optimized;finally,through improvement of the heat treatment process,the GH242 with higher high-temperature strength and low-expansion coefficient was trial produced.
