GH202无缝管材热挤压制备工艺及组织性能

【摘要】 沉淀强化型镍基高温合金目前采用传统机加工钻孔制备荒管工艺,存在着诸多问题。对GH202合金进行了热挤压工艺研究,以保持挤压变形区的热量平衡为依据,制定并优化了挤压工艺参数,开发并应用了专用挤压筒和润滑材料。结果表明,热挤压制备荒管加后续的冷拔工艺适用于GH202合金无缝管制备,管材组织均匀,力学性能高,生产效率及成材率大幅度提高。
【Abstract】 Precipitation strengthened Nickle-based superalloy seamless tube was made by machining on the bar.It led a great deal of problems such as non-uniform microstructure,low productivity effect etc.Hot-extrusion process of GH202 superalloy was studied.The parameters such as slug temperature,tools temperature,ratio of extrusion and extrusion speed,have been determined based on the rules of keeping thermal balance of deformation zone.Special container and lubricant were used.It is found that hot-extrusion process is suit for GH202 alloy..The efficiency and yield are improved markedly.
