镍基高温合金中温低塑性非平衡偏聚机理的实验研究

【摘要】 本文实验证实了GH3536合金中杂质硫的非平衡晶界偏聚,引起该合金的中温低塑性现象。其机理如下:合金高温固溶处理后淬火,然后在各个拉伸实验温度都恒温20分钟后拉伸,实验证实该合金中硫在500℃的非平衡偏聚的临界时间在20分钟左右,硫在此温度偏聚浓度达到峰值,引起塑性极小值。随着拉伸温度从500℃升高或降低,硫的临界时间都将越来越短于或长于20分钟,硫的晶界浓度都将降低,塑性也将升高,形成中温低塑性区。
【Abstract】 Intermediate-temperature embrittlement(ITE) for Hastelloy alloy has been experimentally studied by Auger electron spectroscopy and elevatedtemperature tension tests.Results show both the grain boundary concentration of sulfur and the degree of embrittlement reach maxima at 500℃.The peak of the grain boundary concentration of sulfur during aging at 500℃ occurs at about 20 min,which is close to the holding time prior to the start of tension at the test temperature.It can be concluded from these results that ITE of this alloy is induced by non-equilibrium grain-boundary segregation of sulfur.
