新型制动梁用钢微合金化研究
Research on micro-alloying of the new brake beam steel

【摘要】 文章通过对钢材加入微合金元素Al、Nb、V及轧制、热处理过程微合金元素析出行为和强化机理进行试验和研究,分析了Al、Nb、V微合金元素的作用、强韧化机理和采用新钢种制作制动梁的各项力学性能,总结了微合金元素对(异型钢材)制动梁用钢强韧化作用的贡献。
【Abstract】 Micro-alloying elements(Al,Nb,V) have been investigated experimentally on the precipitate behavior and strengthen mechanism during rolling and heat treatments in the brake beam steel.The strengthening and toughening effects of the three micro-alloying elements were discussed,and the mechanical properties of the new brake beam were analyzed in this paper. The contributions of micro -alloying elements in strengthening and toughening effects of brake beam steels,especially for special -shaped steel,was summarized.
