【摘要】 为了探究疲劳断口处夹杂物的来源,本文针对60Si2MnA弹簧钢生产工艺流程不同工位和疲劳断口处夹杂物,通过金相、SEM-EDX等手段,分别对夹杂物的数量、尺寸、形貌及组成进行了系统研究,并在夹杂物生成热力学计算和动力学形成条件的基础上,结合实际工艺状况,得出其断口处夹杂物来源主要是两个方面,一个是精炼过程反应产物没有排除掉,另一个是连铸中间包内发生的"结晶雨"现象,在覆盖剂下聚集过多或非稳态条件下,再次进入钢液所致。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the source of the inclusion in fatigue fractures.the paper studied inclusion of 60Si2MnA spring steel during different process stage and in fatigue fracture by the optical,SEM-EDX,etc means,respectively,It studied the number,size,morphology and composition of the inclusion systematically.Base on analysis of the inclusion generating thermody-namics and kinetics formation,integrate the practical process conditions,it obtained the main source of the inclusion in fatigue fractures include two aspects.One is that the refining reaction products are not removed during refining process,the other one is a "crystallization rain" phenomenon happened in tundish,inclusions gathered too much under tundish covered agents or entered into the liquid steel at unsteady condition once again.更多还原
