铌微合金化高温渗碳齿轮钢的研究进展

【摘要】 渗碳是机械零件制造过程中能量消耗大、废气排放多的工艺。随着节能减排问题的日益突出,日本、德国、美国等工业发达国家广泛开展新型渗碳技术和相关材料的研究。其中高温渗碳技术因生产效率高、节省能源等优点倍受关注。本文首先对国外高温渗碳齿轮钢的特点进行综述,重点介绍齿轮钢的铌微合金化技术,因为高温渗碳齿轮钢均采用铌微合金化方法以克服高温渗碳时奥氏体晶粒容易长大问题。其次,介绍我们在开发适合高温渗碳的铌微合金化齿轮钢20CrMoNb和18Cr2Ni2MoNb方面的研究进展。
【Abstract】 Carburizing is a kind of energy—consuming and high—pollutant—emission process during manufacture of machinery parts.In realization of importance of energy—saving and pollution -reduction to our society,industrialized countries such as Japan,Germany and USA have being studying new carburizing technology and related materials.High temperature carburizing is such a process which is most attractive due to its high productivity and low energy consuming.In this paper,the features of steels suitable for high temperature carburizing are introduced firstly, with the emphasis on the niobium microalloying technology in case hardening steels,since niobium microalloying is commonly used for preventing grain coarsening of case hardening steels during high temperature carburizing.Some of our research work has also been described concerning with niobium -microalloyed case hardening steels 20CrMo and 18Cr2Ni2Mo,which can be used for high temperature carburizing.
