无取向电工钢冶炼过程中硫含量控制的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了攀钢冶炼无取向电工钢过程硫含量变化以及过程回硫、增硫情况,采取针对性的措施来降低钢中硫含量,为无取向电工钢的生产实践提供了指导。电工钢的成品[S]≤0.008%的炼成率达到了100%,[S]≤0.005%的比例也达到了83.3%,取得了明显的冶金效果。

【Abstract】 The resulfurization and the change of sulphur content in production of Non - Oriented Electrical Steel is analysised in this paper,the pertinency measures which could be reduced sulphur content in Non - Oriented Electrical Steel was adopted,it could be guided the manufacture of Non - Oriented Electrical Steel.The average sulphur content was reduce to 8×10-3 in end product nd proportion could reached 100%,The average sulphur content was reduce to 6×10-3 in end product and proportion could reached 83.3%,the metallurgical effect was obvious obtained.
