高磁感无取向电工钢中Sn的晶界偏聚及对磁性能的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了高磁感无取向电工钢中添加不同含量的Sn在热轧和常化样品的晶界偏聚情况以及对成品再结晶织构和磁性能的影响。通过AES俄歇能谱对三种Sn含量(0.054wt%、0.11wt%和0.15wt%)样品的研究发现:热轧试样的晶界处Sn、P、S元素大量偏聚,Sn的偏聚程度随其含量增加而增强,同时P、S晶界偏聚也受Sn含量影响;经常化后P和Sn元素趋向于在表层晶界处偏聚,而S晶界偏聚减弱。成品织构分析结果表明:Sn含量的增加,有利于抑制{111}面织构组分的发展,增强Goss和{100}织构组分,但Sn含量达到0.15wt%时,{100}织构组分反而会有所减弱。
【Abstract】 In this paper,grain boundary segregation of samples at hot rolling and normalizing and effect on the recrystallization texture and magnetic properties of the finished product were studied with different contents of Sn added in high -magnetic induction non -oriented electrical steel.AES Auger spectroscopy was used to analyze samples(the contents of Sn are 0.054wt%,0.11wt%and 0.15wt%).The results of samples at hot rolling showed the elements Sn,P,S segregated largely at grain boundary,and the segregation of Sn is increasing with the rise of its content;at the same time,the segregation of the elements P,S was influenced by the Sn contents.While after normalizing,the elements P and Sn segregated at surface grain boundary,the segregation of S reduced at grain boundary.The results of finished product showed the rise of Sn content is conducive to inhibit the {111} texture component growth,and enhance Goss and {100} texture component,but when the Sn content reached 0.15wt%,{100} texture was weakened.
