主要工艺对CSP流程生产低碳低硅无取向硅钢组织、析出物和磁性能的影响
Effect of Main Processes on the Microstructure and Precipitates and Magnetic Properties of Low-carbon Low-silicon Non-oriented Silicon Steel by CSP Route

【摘要】 研究了常化、退火工艺对CSP流程生产低碳低硅高效电机用无取向硅钢组织、析出物的影响,从而分析其对磁性能的作用。结果表明:适度提高常化温度、退火温度和时间,使晶粒尺寸增大,组织更均匀;析出物主要为粗大的AIN以及MnS与其它析出物的复合物。这些均利于晶粒长大,提高磁性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper,it studies how the normalizing,and annealing processes affect on the microstructure,precipitates and magnetic properties of low - carbon low - silicon non - oriented silicon steel by CSP route.The results showed that:with an appropriate increase in normalizing temperature,annealing temperature and time,the grain size increases,and the microstructure is more uniform;the precipitates are mainly coarse AlN and MnS with the other complexes, and they are conducive to grain growth and improve the magnetic properties.
