TSCR流程试制低碳低硅无取向硅钢的常化试验研究

【摘要】 实验室试制了TSCR流程的低碳低硅高效电机用无取向硅钢,研究了850~1050℃常化对0.5mm冷轧板950℃×7min退火后组织、织构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,随常化温度的升高,热轧板晶粒尺寸增大,晶界更清晰;由于第二相尺寸比较大使冷轧退火后晶粒也呈单调增大趋势;同时提高了{100}面和{110}〈001〉高斯有利织构。最终铁损呈单调下降,磁感呈单调上升趋势。
【Abstract】 Low - carbon low - silicon non - oriented silicon steel was tested by TSCR route,and studied how the normalization temperature 850~1050℃to impact on the microstructure,texture and magnetic properties of the 0.5mm cold - rolled sheet after annealing at 950℃×7min.The results showed that with the increasing temperature of normalization, hot rolled grain size increases,and the grain boundary is more clearly;because the size of the second phase is large,cold rolled grain after annealing also present a monotonous increasing trend,and at the same time,increase planes {100} and {110}<001>Gaussian favorable texture.It showed the final iron loss is a monotonic decline, and magnetic induction is a monotonic rise.
